What you book

Three occasions. One data set.

Bank, tax office and DAC8 ask for the same history. It is built once.

When the bank asks

Proof of funds

Your bank or exchange wants to know where the money came from and how it moved.

  • History from the first euro deposit to the payout under review
  • Flow of funds evidenced: transaction hashes, exchange histories, SEPA records
  • Written up rather than handed over as a raw data export
Fixed price set after the first call
When a deadline runs

Tax authority inquiry and disclosure

A supplementary request, an information request or the data basis for a voluntary disclosure.

  • Platforms, places of custody and wallets listed in full
  • History and an explained activity profile for every year concerned
  • The data basis for a voluntary disclosure, complete across all years

When reporting starts

DAC8 reconciliation

What exchanges report from 2027 has to match your tax return.

  • Your own records set against the reported gross values
  • The gap closed where the report ends: self-custody, DeFi, bridges
  • Deviations visible before an inquiry arrives

How the price is set

Data first. Then the price.

An hourly rate is convenient for the provider, not for you. TX-Partner does not need one.

01 0 € First call 30 minutes in which TX-Partner assesses your case
02 0 € Analysis TX-Partner sees what is missing and how much work it is
03 0 € Quote Price, steps and duration, in writing
04 Fixed Engagement The costs are fixed before you place the order
Why TX-Partner

Three differences that last.

Even a report without warnings can rest on data that will not hold up

Automations can bridge gaps without solving them. Afterwards the tool reports no error, and the numbers are still wrong.

Price, duration and result are fixed in advance

It is not the fixed price alone that gives certainty but the combination: you know what it costs, how long it takes and what project scope you get before you commit.

The tool follows the case

Which tool fits, and whether one is needed at all, is decided case by case: by activity, scope and what the crypto accounting is needed for.

From Practice

Complete. Evidenced. Traceable.

How clients experienced the work when a deadline or an authority was behind it.

“That was very helpful for me. Where my tax advisor used to say ‘you had best look into that yourself’, the expertise of TX-Partner begins.”
D. Z.
“TX-Partner helped me in a particularly demanding situation with a tight deadline, extremely competently and highly professionally. On top of that you notice that TX-Partner are not only absolute professionals but also human and empathetic, which in situations like mine is worth its weight in gold.”
Lars

FAQ

Before the first call

Rarely. It is the same documentation but a different question: the tax report answers how much profit was made. The bank asks where the money came from and how it moved. In practice it does not fail on the amount but on a trail that is not complete and on raw data nobody has prepared. Thousands of lines of tool export are unusable for a compliance review.
Usually the entire transaction history from the first euro deposit to the payout under review. The review asks where the funds came from, and that starts at the first fiat inflow, not at the last transfer. The form is part of the work: written up briefly so a compliance team can follow it quickly.
A supplementary request in Austria or an information request in Germany is a request for information, not criminal proceedings. It asks for the trading platforms used, the places of custody, the amount of income, all documents and data relating to trading, and the exact calculation. Five of the six points are data requirements, the sixth rests on the same data. The deadline is typically two to four weeks, and an extension is usually granted.
Since 1 January 2026 regulated crypto service providers collect aggregated gross values per asset and year, in Germany under the KStTG, in Austria under the MPfG; the first reports go to the national authority in 2027. The reconciliation is a difference mechanism: it is not the size that triggers an inquiry but the deviation from your return. And the gap sits where the report ends — the exchange reports the outflow to a self-custody wallet, not what happens after that.
The exemption from penalty is binary and tied to completeness: all years, all transactions, all exchanges, all wallets. Incomplete means no protective effect. That fixes the order: first the complete transaction history, then the calculation per year, then the tax assessment. TX-Partner delivers the first stage; the tax assessment sits with your tax advisor.
